Eyelenses.pk is pleased to offer free delivery on all orders over PKR 2500. For orders under PKR 2500, a delivery fee of PKR 250 will apply.

Orders for in-stock items will be dispatched within 3-4 business days using the selected delivery service.

Delivery Time: 3 – 5 Business Days
Please note that delivery times are estimated from the dispatch date and may be subject to delays due to courier or postal issues.
For special order items (non-stocked), delivery times may be extended as these need to be ordered from our suppliers.

Returns

At Eyelenses.pk, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you encounter any issues with your product or if it does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return process under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Return:

   • Product Issues: If you experience any problems with the product, such as irritation or discomfort, you may initiate a return.
   • Unsatisfactory Product: If you are not satisfied with your product, it can be returned only if it is in its original, unopened packaging and undamaged.

2. Return Conditions:

   • The product must be returned in its original, undamaged condition, with the packaging unopened.

How to Return a Product

Include your tax invoice (receipt) with the return as proof of purchase. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, such as the credit card used for the purchase. Contact us at info@eyelenses.pk to arrange the return and provide your order details.
